With a large existing customer base, many businesses were unaware of the full range of solutions Avalara offered. The challenge was to communicate complex tax services in an engaging and approachable way while introducing new offerings to an already established audience.

As a designer, I helped develop creative campaigns that highlighted Avalara's diverse solutions across different industries and tax challenges. Through compelling visuals, clear messaging, and consistent brand execution, we made complex services easier to understand while encouraging existing customers to explore more of what Avalara has to offer.
